Dorilight, known for its handcrafted rustic chandeliers, ran into several challenges that slowed its growth. Even though they managed their own manufacturing costs, profits stayed low because their customer acquisition approach was both inefficient and expensive. With so many product options, customers found it hard to picture how a chandelier would look in their homes. Most buyers only made a single purchase, so repeat business was almost nonexistent.
We saw these problems as linked obstacles to long-term growth. Our aim was to help Dorilight grow from a maker of beautiful lights into a strong, data-driven brand.
Our first step was to tackle the main issue with profits. Instead of running broad ads, we built a custom strategy using data scraping and Reversing Ad system. This helped us reach the right people, those interested in home decor and searching for high-end, rustic pieces. By focusing on these leads, we reduced Dorilight's customer acquisition costs by five times.

To help, we used AI tools to create a real-time visualization feature. This tool changed the experience. Customers could upload a photo of their room and see how any chandelier would look in different colors or styles. This removed uncertainty, made shopping more enjoyable, and turned a challenge into a selling point.
The last step was to encourage customer loyalty. One-time purchases, even if profitable, miss out on long-term growth. We created a retargeting system that did more than just promote new products; it reconnected with past buyers using personalized content. This helped Dorilight keep more customers and increase repeat purchases, turning one-time buyers into loyal clients and brand fans.
