Tekanesh built a strong reputation with its freelancing courses, but as more students signed up, customer support requests piled up fast. Instructors, who used to answer questions, found themselves handling the same issues over and over instead of creating new lessons. Support quality slipped, and it became clear their old system just wasn’t working anymore.
The main issue was obvious: the support team couldn’t keep up with the growing student base. Tekanesh needed a way to provide fast, accurate, and personal help without putting too much pressure on instructors.
We worked with Tekanesh to build a custom AI solution for their customer support. Rather than hiring more staff, we turned their course materials into a group of smart AI agents ready to help students. Here’s how we did it, step-by-step:
We gathered all of Tekanesh's course materials, including video transcripts, guides, and FAQs. Using this content, we trained AI models to act as virtual support agents. Each agent was designed to answer student questions just as thoroughly and accurately as a real instructor would. Now, when students have questions, the AI gives them quick and detailed answers using the course content. This removed long wait times and made sure students always got reliable information.
To make support feel even more personal, we introduced a new feature. For key questions, the AI creates a custom video tutorial using an avatar of the actual instructor. The video is generated instantly, answers the student’s specific question, and uses the instructor’s voice and look. This helps students feel more connected and builds trust.
By using advanced AI, we helped Tekanesh overcome its biggest challenge and turn customer support into a real strength. This project proves that AI can help businesses grow while keeping quality and a personal touch.
