Service Delivery Policy

This document outlines the standard delivery procedures and operational timelines for automation services provided by AltoGeneration. Our objective is to ensure transparency and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
1. Timeline After Payment
1.1 Onboarding: A formal onboarding call will be scheduled within three (3) business days of payment verification.
1.2 Design Phase: The initial audit and workflow architecture design will be completed within seven to Fourteen (7-14) business days.
1.3 Implementation: Technical execution and rigorous testing cycles typically require fourteen to Twenty-one (14-21) business days, depending on project complexity.
1.4 Handover: Final handover and specialized training will be conducted within three (3) days of technical completion.
2. Delivery Method
2.1 Assets: Workflows are delivered via n8n cloud or self-hosted links, accompanied by comprehensive documentation and Loom video briefings.
2.2 Portal: All project assets are accessible via a secure client portal provided at onboarding.
2.3 Support: Ongoing technical support is facilitated through designated Email or Slack channels as per your specific package.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Access Provision: The client must provide required administrative access (accounts, APIs, and data samples) promptly.
3.2 Latency: Clients must respond to technical requests within 48 hours to prevent timeline shifts.
3.3 Testing: Delivered workflows must be tested and approved by the client within three (3) days of handover.
4. Changes and Revisions
One (1) formal revision cycle is included per project milestone. Additional modifications will be billed at our standard hourly rate or may require a separate service agreement.
