Baronet, a company recognized for its creative pet products, was expanding quickly. However, the executive team was overwhelmed by repetitive manual tasks. Daily communication and administrative work took time away from important strategy and decision-making. They often had to switch between tools like email, calendars, and project management platforms, which made it hard to stay productive.
The main problem was clear. The team's processes could not keep up with how quickly the company was growing. Baronet needed to automate routine tasks and bring their workflow together, but they did not want to hire more staff.
We worked with Baronet to create a custom AI executive assistant that works right inside Slack. Instead of hiring another assistant, we built a smart, central hub for productivity that connects with tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, monday.com, and Google Contacts. Here’s how we did it, step-by-step:
We made the assistant easy to use with a simple @mention in Slack. It can join conversations to draft and label emails, schedule meetings, create project tasks, and manage contacts, all while matching the client’s writing style.
We set up a system that keeps track of incoming emails as they arrive. It sorts emails into categories, such as billing or VIP messages, and adds new senders to Google Contacts. This saves the team from sorting their inboxes by hand and helps them reply more quickly.
To keep everyone informed, the assistant sends a short daily summary in Slack every weekday at 5:00 AM. This report lists the day’s meetings from Google Calendar and shows active tasks from monday.com, so the team can start each day focused and organized.
By using advanced AI, we helped Baronet overcome its biggest challenge and turn day-to-day operations into a real strength. This project proves that AI can help businesses grow while keeping quality and focus.
