Refund & Cancellation Policy
Official Financial Protocol | AltoGeneration
AltoGeneration provides custom AI automation services for business owners. Due to the specialized and professional nature of our work, all services are subject to the following refund and cancellation provisions.
1. Cooling-off Period
1.1 Eligibility: Full refunds are strictly available within twenty-four (24) hours of initial payment, provided that work has not commenced and no onboarding consultation has occurred.
1.2 Request Method: To exercise this right, contact support@altogeneration.com within the specified timeframe.
2. Services in Progress
2.1 Non-Refundability: Once the professional engagement begins (defined by the onboarding call, workflow architecture design, or implementation), services become non-refundable.
2.2 Resource Allocation: This policy accounts for the immediate allocation of time, technical expertise, and licensed tooling costs upon project initiation.
3. Cancellation Terms
3.1 Termination: Clients may terminate their service agreement at any time prior to the subsequent invoice date via the Client Portal or email.
3.2 Effect: Cancellation halts future billing immediately. However, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or professional time invested.
3.3 Retainers: For ongoing subscriptions or retainers, notice of cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
4. Partial Refunds
At the sole discretion of AltoGeneration, partial refunds may be considered for significant portions of unused pre-paid services, deducting all work completed and administrative overhead.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Review: Requests must include Invoice ID and payment date. We review all claims within two (2) business days.
5.2 Execution: Approved refunds are processed within five (5) business days to the original payment method used via Stripe.
5.3 Bank Latency: Note that your financial institution may require an additional 5-10 business days to credit your account.
6. Disputes & Limitations
We prioritize amicable direct resolution. AltoGeneration reserves the right to provide comprehensive evidence of service delivery in any formal dispute or chargeback proceedings. Notice: No refunds are issued for change of mind post-initiation, client-side delays, missed meetings, or lack of specific business outcomes (e.g. revenue guarantees).
