Terms of Service

1.1 Specialized Provision: Altogeneration develops custom AI automation workflows utilizing n8n and associated cloud technologies.

1.2 Target Sectors: Services are specifically engineered for accounting firms, e-commerce entities, marketing agencies, and professional service providers.

1.3 Scope of Work: The exact technical deliverables and architecture are defined within the individual project proposal or onboarding documentation.

2.1 Payment Terms: All fees are due and payable on the invoice date via the designated Stripe payment gateway.

2.2 Delinquency: Late payments are subject to a cumulative monthly interest rate of 1.5% on the outstanding balance.

2.3 Non-Refundability: In accordance with our Refund Policy, all fees paid for initiated services are non-refundable.

3.1 Accuracy of Data: The Client is responsible for providing verified information and necessary administrative access for implementation.

3.2 Legal Utilization: All automated services must be used in an ethical and lawful manner, complying with applicable local regulations.

3.3 Intellectual Property: The Client may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sub-license delivered workflows without express written consent.

4.1 Workmanship: Altogeneration warrants that delivered workflows will function according to specifications for a period of thirty (30) days after delivery.

4.2 Performance: No explicit guarantees are provided regarding specific business results, including revenue growth or lead generation volume.

The total aggregate liability of the Provider shall not exceed the total fees actually paid for the specific service in question. Altogeneration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.1 Suspension Rights: Altogeneration reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, abuse, unlawful use, or material breach of these Terms.

6.2 Survival: Any provisions relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

Both parties agree to protect any confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive information disclosed during the project relationship and not to disclose such information to third parties except where legally required.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction of MixAlto LTD, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled through the competent courts or recognized legal mechanisms available in that jurisdiction.
